MOTI’s Mom Growing Strong exercise program is created by Physical Therapists and specifically designed to focus on core and pelvic floor activation, total body strengthening and body mechanics for pregnant and postpartum moms.
Our online platform offers a library of videos that include both education and fitness programs. Workouts and education are tailored to each trimester, including postpartum as the fourth trimester. You can choose what you need, with videos ranging from full workouts to stretching sessions to pelvic floor exercises. Exercise programs are designed to be able to be performed anywhere, with minimal equipment needed.
Our content is created and led by MOTI’s Doctors of Physical Therapy that specialize in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor rehabilitation. They are uniquely qualified to guide and educate you through pregnancy and postpartum. Their specific knowledge and experience working with pregnant and postpartum women has led to the creation of this program as an accessible resource to better support this population. However, always consult your obstetrician if you have a high risk pregnancy, or any concerns about your health in pregnancy.
