Sugarfoot Therapy is a conditioning program for Dancers based on the principals of functional biomechanics. The program is designed to help prevent common injuries caused by dance training and to encourage longevity in a dancer’s physically demanding career. This is a full-body workout appropriate for all dance/fitness levels, but specifically designed as cross training for advanced and professional-level dancers. Sugarfoot Therapy classes are held at MOTI every Tuesday and Thursday from 12-1pm.
MOTI’s Mom Strong exercise program is created by Physical Therapists and specifically designed to focus on core, total body strengthening and body mechanics for postpartum moms as early as 3 months after delivery but is also perfect for any mom looking to get back in shape.
MOTI Yoga is a yoga-based strength class designed with the expertise of a Doctor of Physical Therapy / certified Yoga Instructor. Each class is 1 hour and begins with a mobility and flexibility-based warm up, progressing to poses and flows with band resistance to challenge your strength, balance, and endurance. MOTI Yoga is an open class held every Saturday from 12:30-1:30pm.
